If you do have an issue you can restore the program from quarantine. Scanned the quarantine list and did not see anything that concerned me, so quarantined all 36 and have had no bad side effects.
If you run the scan and detect PUPs I would suggest checking what the programs are before hitting the nuke (quarantine) button. PUP’s from my view are a mixed bag which Malwarebytes goes after aggressively, and I like that as there typically many that I do not want.
